Verantos Pragmatic Registry.

Disease-specific data sets of de-identified patient records, built from EHR data, linked with claims and mortality, in accordance with FDA RWD guidance.

Overview

Rich and reliable data. Subscription ready.

Each Pragmatic Registry is a longitudinal, selection bias-minimized disease-specific data set drawn from academic medical centers and community health systems, covering the full patient journey and containing comprehensive demographic, clinical, and resource utilization data elements.

All important data elements are optimized for accuracy, completeness, and traceability, with measured reliability that supports credible assertions for clinicians, payers, and regulators.

Eos 410 cells/µL. Two courses of systemic corticosteroids in past 12 months; ED visit in Nov. MDI technique poor, re-taught in clinic. Impression: severe persistent asthma, inadequately controlled on current regimen; consider biologic eligibility if control not achieved. Data richness

Built from the whole record.

EHR data is roughly 30% structured, 70% unstructured: the majority of clinical signal lives in notes and reports.

Pragmatic Registries capture that clinical richness: curated concepts drawn from the full record, narrative included, at scale.
